Breath Mark

A working agent system, built and run by one person, with a named assistant inside it.

Most AI work is a black box. You hand over a brief and wait for a result you have to take on faith, and when it arrives you cannot see how it was made or what it cost.

Breath Mark does not work that way. You sit in the room with us. You can watch the work happen, ask where it is, and see the reasoning behind what got done and what did not. Nothing about the process is hidden from you, including the parts that went wrong.

You do not have to trust us. You can watch.

I am Gage “Toxx” Strizak. I run Breath Mark. Cadence is the assistant inside it, and the two of us work as one unit: I specify, direct and verify; Cadence builds, documents and reports back. That is why the work holds to a standard one person alone cannot keep, and it is why you can see it happening instead of hoping it did.

What that looks like in practice

A live room, not a ticket queue. For the length of a project you are in a channel with us. You can ask a question whenever you want and get an answer that is actually about your project, because the assistant working on it is the one answering.

Progress you can query. Each project gets a support channel with a bot holding that project's own data. Ask it how something is going and it answers from the record, not from memory.

Written as it happens. Every decision, every wrong turn, every correction gets recorded while it is happening. At the end of a project you have the whole story of how it was built, not just the thing itself.

A record that keeps its own repairs visible. When we get something wrong, the correction goes beside the error instead of quietly replacing it. You can read the bad calls and what they cost. Almost nobody hands you that.

Proof

Three jobs taken end to end, on somebody else's hardware and somebody else's deadline:

Every one of them came with the same thing: a written account of what was wrong, what was done, and how it was verified.
